We are looking for the best Service Coordinator-Dispatcher!
Position Summary:
A commercial kitchen repair company is looking for a high-energy, self-starter to fill the position of Service Coordinator- Dispatcher. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the work of our service technicians to service our customers.
This is an IN-PERSON position, Full Time/Hourly Mon-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Responsibilities of the Position:
· Answer service calls from our customers
· Communicate with 3rd party applications
· Assist in Dispatch and fill in when needed
· Review technician work orders for accuracy
· Communicate with customers, technicians and staff
Key Qualifications:
· Prior dispatch experience a plus
· Ability to multitask
· Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office experience
